Waters Edge One - Clearwater, FL. Members of the Certus team led the design/build project for Waters Edge, a 26 story 153 unit luxury mixed-use condominium overlooking Clearwater Harbor. The project is comprised of a tunnel formed tower with impact resistant glass, deep foundations, a 325 vehicle garage, 10,000 square feet of retail space, an elevated pool deck with spa and gas-fired outdoor fire place, a world class fitness center and sauna, business center, and luxury amenity spaces including billiard room, club, dining and catering facilities.
