Tampa Oaks II - Temple Terrace, FL. Members of the Certus staff constructed Tampa Oaks II, a 104,000sf shell office building including 535 surface parking spaces. The building is comprised of 3 story tilt wall construction, highly reflective energy efficient windows and high quality finishes throughout. Tampa Oaks II was named the 2008 NAIOP Outstanding Office Building of the Year.
