Tenant Improvement within the existing Tampa Medical Plaza of Tampa. Project included the complete interior demolition and subsequent construction of medical office space, exam rooms, and specialty construction features require by the orthopedic medical equipment. The new facility also included protected areas included lead lined wall systems for x ray equipment. Project was accomplished within an operational medical complex without interruption of other tenants’ medical office space.
