Additions and Renovation at the City of Clearwater’s Pier 60 Concession and Restroom facility. Project included addition of 400 sf of storage and walk-in cooler space, ADA ramps, additional railing, and HVAC and retail improvements at the existing portions of the facility. The facility remained open throughout the project.
