Certus Builders has just completed the addition of 500 ton cooling capacity upgrades to the University’s Central Chiller Plant. Renovation also included replacement of the facility’s condenser water pumps and expansion of the campus-wide Data Server facility while maintaining operations throughout the project. The work was performed under the University’s continuing service Construction Manager at Risk contract.
